Feasibility studies, concept development and detailed engineering design for district heating and cooling networks
Network hydraulics, stress and expansion analysis and pipe sizing in accordance with EN 13941
Route optioneering, utilities coordination, buildability reviews and stakeholder engagement support
Temporary works design including traffic management planning and sequencing
Supply and installation of pre-insulated steel and polymer pipework systems to EN standards
Construction of primary, secondary and tertiary network infrastructure
Installation of flow and return mains, valves and chambers
Open cut and trenchless construction across city centres, highways and constrained sites
Bridge and underpass crossings including surveys, secondary steelwork and bracketry design
Anchors, expansion management and protective cladding
Integration of energy centres, thermal storage, customer substations and heat interface units
Provision for future connections, isolation strategies and temporary boiler connections
In-house civils, streetworks and reinstatement to specification
Welded pipework installation in accordance with BS EN ISO approved welding procedures
Fill, vent and hydraulic testing, chemical flushing and commissioning
Progressive sectional handover and network performance validation
